Beijing Hotgen Biotech Co., Ltd (Hotgen) is a biotechnology enterprise focusing on biomedicine and diagnostics, founded in Beijing in 2005 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange with stock code 688068 in 2019. Hotgen continuously develops independently innovative diagnostic technology platforms and has established multi‑omics diagnostic technology platforms based on protein markers, glycosylated exosomes, and DNA methylation. Hotgen's proprietary innovative technology incubation platform—the Future Technology Research Institute—focuses on advancing the commercialization of cutting-edge biotechnologies and is now venturing into leading-edge fields such as nucleic acid drugs, antibody drugs, and health management. Among these, SGC001, a first‑in‑class antibody drug for acute myocardial infarction emergency treatment, received IND approval from both China's NMPA and the US FDA, was granted Fast Track designation by the FDA, and has initiated Phase II clinical trials. June 23, the Company was established.

2006

Granted the title of "Beijing High-Tech Enterprise".

2008

The patented product Alpha-fetoprotein Variant (AFP-L3) Assay Kit received SFDA approval for market launch.

2009

Granted the title of "Zhongguancun High-Tech Enterprise".

2010

Granted the title of "National High-Tech Enterprise".

2011

China's first fully quantitative luminescence immunoassay analyzer—the UPT and its supporting reagents were successfully launched.

2012

Undertook the National 863 Program Major Project in IVD and the Beijing Municipal Major Coordinated Project.

2014

2015

Awarded the Second Prize of the National Technology Invention Award.

Developed COVID-19 nucleic acid detection kits.

COVID-19 UPT antibody detection kit received regulatory approval.

C2000 and MQ60plus were selected as outstanding domestically-manufactured chemiluminescence medical devices.
